Keith, The problem you experienced is with Premium Auto Acceptance and not with Defilippo Brothers. When it comes to the payments and the device on the car, those calls need to be directed to Chris Fernandez of Premium Auto Acceptance. That is the company you financed your car through. Please rescind this negative review of Defilippo Brothers dealership and then call 484-494-5310 and I am sure Chris can work everything out for you. Thanks.

I will not rescind this negative response. Whether it was Defillipo Bros. problem or not someone I left numerous messages for could have atleast CALLED ME BACK! I left a message for Chris also 3 times and he never called back either. I also talked to whoever answers the phone and she was very rude.All I wanted was a call back. Two monthes ago I had a small issue also and had to call for a week before I finally got a hold of someone. It's funny I call and call and leave message after message but no one gets back to me. I post a negative response on a public website amd you respond within the same day..HMMMMMM If I cannot get in touch with anyone and no one calls me back HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM? This issued occured on December 18th and Ive called since then with no solution .

Our Service Center has only ASE Certified and PA State Inspection Certified technicians. All repairs on any vehicle are frustrating and we do understand that. Each vehicle repair is unique and sometimes can take an extra visit to diagnose. Just like our bodies, there is many moving parts that can go wrong at any given time. All of our vehicles are PA State Safety and Emissions inspected prior to delivery and you are correct, a CD player would not be on that list. We make sure the car is safe for you to drive, we do not rebuild any car if they have a factory convenience option that is not working. We do apologize you feel this way about your Service visit.
