I cannot express the disappointment after reading the “great reviews” from this dealer. I had gotten an online quote from a sales lady in the City Ford but was met in the used lot by one from City Chevy. “great reviews” from this dealer. I had gotten an online quote from a sales lady in the City Ford but was met in the used lot by one from City Chevy. I was quoted a fair price for the vehicle as it had high miles and needed 3k worth of work. City Ford was giving me the fair price with the work needed on the vehicle. A 2012 Ford Explorer with 165k needing brakes and tires all round and a new wheel bearing. Just as I told the City Chevy. But they insisted the tires were just dirty and they couldn’t honor the quoted price. Stupid me needing a vehicle for my children and me. Save yourself money and always go with your instincts (yes women you too can know what’s wrong with a vehicle). Never Again!!! More

Amazing Experience!! My husband and I went to Summit City Chevy to check out a 2017 Malibu that we saw on cars.com. It was POURING down rain when we went. Shawn came out i My husband and I went to Summit City Chevy to check out a 2017 Malibu that we saw on cars.com. It was POURING down rain when we went. Shawn came out in the rain to greet us and took us inside. We got there around 9. By 9:15 we were out for a test drive. By 9:30 we were back inside discussing details. By 10 they were running credit, and at 10:30 we were signing paper work for our new car. The entire process was so easy, quick, and painless. Shawn was great and very detail oriented and was great with communication. We would highly recommend Summit City and Shawn! More

Dont waste your time. They feed of customers misfortunes. Scheduled a visit from two hours away. After following up ahead of time and telling the sales guy i was running 15 min late he replied, dont worry we Scheduled a visit from two hours away. After following up ahead of time and telling the sales guy i was running 15 min late he replied, dont worry we will wate for you here. After showing up just 15 minutes late the dealership was locied and all the lights off . After conversating with their neighboor dealership about the situation i recieved a call from the sales manager. He was extreemely sorry and wanted to make it up to me. So once he worked out a great deal deal for me on the vehicle i was looking i decided to take the trip once more. After test driving the vehicle which had not yet been trhough service like they had promised. They sat down and shoot the price up 2500. I warn you this place is jot serious about their bussiness and will waste your time. Do not travel far to go here it will be a mistake, i did it twice. More
