My wife and I went to the dealership to explore the possibility of trading in our vehicles with the intent of lowering our monthly payments. Although we really didn't expect to reach a deal, Joanne ma possibility of trading in our vehicles with the intent of lowering our monthly payments. Although we really didn't expect to reach a deal, Joanne managed to come up with an offer that we couldn't refuse. We ended up driving off the lot with a 2014 Escape SE and a 2013 F-150 STX for a lot less than we were currently paying for the same older model vehicles. Kudos to Joanne for having the patience and knowledge to work the deal, and to the rest of the staff for their assistance. Although I cannot guarantee the same type of deal, I would, and have, recommended Delacy Ford and referred Joanne to my friends and family simply for their honesty to work the best deal possible.
