My wife and I were very close to closing the deal, but ultimately we decided not to get it and hold out for about another year for personal reasons. This is the first time we pursued a vehicle we had not purchased. In no way did Foster give us (my wife and I) a hard time or pressure us into purchasing, even when we were able to hold onto a vehicle overnight. When we returned the vehicle, Foster even greeted us outside and just listened to us without ever trying to pressure us... what a relief that was as people may not ultimate buy a vehicle they are initially interested in after a test drive. Obviously he addressed our concerns, but we made our decision. My wife and I had owned a similarly configured truck in the past and we actually planned on purchasing the truck we took home... turned out after I convinced her to test drive (my wife hates dealing with car dealerships) she realized it was not similar to the previous truck we owned (going from a 2500 to 3500 commercial) and decided to wait to spend a little more money on a non-commercial version later, which was outside our budget at the time. I've purchased multiple vehicle from this dealership and Foster is the guy to talk to if you are considering a truck. He's responsive to text/calls and professional. He's willing to haggle/vouch for you with the finance guys (Tolga is your best guy to go through IMO) and he's been with the dealership for a while, which should work for you in terms of getting a reasonable/descent deal without having to haggle as much. Even though it wasn't Foster's "department" because everyone else was busy, he ended up going on the test drive with me, and I felt no pressure from him to buy. I felt no coercion or any of the things you normally feel with "car salesmen." He was knowledgeable about cars in general, and pretty knowledgeable about the hybrid. I'm really glad "everyone else was busy" that day because in the end I decided to buy, and I'm glad he was my salesman. And even after the sale, I've gotten friendly texts now and then from Foster, and he's always quick to come say HI when I bring the van in for service. More

After many years of wondering what had happen to him, there he was sitting at a desk in your lobby. After asking someone for a brochure on new trucks, he was the one that came and gave me the brochure. So, things just took off from there. Reminiscing of old times, friendships and fellow guardsmen’s now he has started to help me in purchasing a new 2019 Dodge Ram. He has explained a lot of new features, colors and now the new interiors on the new models plus additional information regarding the size of a truck. (From a quad cab to a crew cab.) Other questions were asked regarding the bed size and if my topper would fit. He explained to me about having the fold down window that would be easier to clean.
