I was disappointed they wouldn't come down on the reconditioning fee or take off altogether as there was a deep scratch on the bumper, a chip/cracked corner of the windshield, the air conditioning is reconditioning fee or take off altogether as there was a deep scratch on the bumper, a chip/cracked corner of the windshield, the air conditioning is not working and cooling like when I test drove the car, and I have to get new back brakes and rotors which is something the dealership should have done with this "reconditioning fee". My salesman Ken Morgan was very nice but I feel like I was sold a lemon considering all the things I now have to repair on a car that should have been fixed when they "reconditioned" the car. More

Bought a jeep with 21000 miles. When I really looked at on the lot after purchase, there was a sticker on the right mirror to cover a hole! Also the right front fender was loose. They fixed the hole in the mirror but refused to fix the fender! They wanted over $700 to fix something that should have been fixed before selling. Very, very disappointed.
