Well, I already had my eyes on the cake (A Red Dodge challenger 2015) with less miles on it. I was hoping that the dealership would put a cherry on top by giving me something else for my buck so that my smile would widen when I left the dealership. And there came along Mr. Foster Zebuth and his wonderful wife Mrs. Debbie Zebuth. One nice couple that work together on giving great deals to auto customers. Mrs. Debbie gave me all the information that I needed about the car including CarFax reports and was very pleasant in dealing with me throughout the deal. The next day during my free time at work, I visited the dealership which is a 20 min drive from my place in Lake Mary, Orlando. I was introduced to Mr.Foster, a 67 year old("young" would be a better fit) gentleman who formerly worked for Lockheed Martin. I would say he's one of the most genuine people I have met all along my life. The first thing he told me while showing the car was "Red color!! Naaah.. I wouldn't buy this one!" :D He told me things about the car which I had never known before even though I'm a die hard fan of the challenger. He took me on quite a long drive to test the car on almost all kind of terrains. I liked how Foster would tell his experiences while dealing with me. It was probably the most human way that you can treat any customer in any industry for that matter. The car buying process went very smooth. They gave a very good price for the car along with free bi-annual services at their dealership until I own the car. It also includes a 22-point inspection with every service. They also filled the fuel tank before I took the car with me. I also got meet the owner Mr. Hurley who himself is a very humble and interesting man. I believe that the dealership being a family business and having a good sales team makes a great difference. Made un necessary repairs We took the van in for AC work. They put in a new compressor. That didn't fix it. Then they put in some type of fuse. That didn't fix it. They charged us for the compressor and the other part...but did give a $75.00 credit. So we paid for two parts that we didn't need. We asked for a refund, but they refused so we have to deal with this via Chrysler and our charge card company. More

Bait and switch Did an online credit app for a 2015 dodge charger.I was contacted shortly afterwards and told that I was approved and they wanted to know if I could c Did an online credit app for a 2015 dodge charger.I was contacted shortly afterwards and told that I was approved and they wanted to know if I could come in that day because it was Friday and they would be really busy that weekend because it was labor day weekend .I asked them over the phone what my interest rate and monthly payment would be.I was told that they would tell me when I got there(red flag number one)I explained to them that I lived over an hour away.They assured me that it would be worth the drive.After I got there I found out that they ran my credit for a chrysler 200 and not the dodge charger I wanted.At no time did I tell them I wanted a chrysler 200 so I'm not even sure what happened there.They said they would change it in the computer while I was taking my test drive.After my test drive and sitting around for about 45 minutes I was told that they would have to talk to the banks in the morning because for some reason I was accepted for the chrysler 200 but not the charger.They told me that if I wanted the 200 I could drive home with that because I was approved. The 200 I was approved for was only $3,000 less than the price of the charger.It's not like it was a big difference in price.After telling them 4 times I was not interested in taking the 200 home I finally decided it was time for me to leave.As I was leaving they told me they would talk to the banks in the morning because it was 7 p.m and too late to get anything worked out at that time.I called the next day several times and left messages for the two people I was dealing with.My phone call was never returned.My credit score might not be the best but that is no way to treat a customer.The only reason I filled out a credit app there was they had slightly lower prices compared to Orlando.I went to a dealership in Orlando the next day and was approved for the charger so it's not like I was asking them for the impossible.
