Bait and switch Did an online credit app for a 2015 dodge charger.I was contacted shortly afterwards and told that I was approved and they wanted to know if I could c Did an online credit app for a 2015 dodge charger.I was contacted shortly afterwards and told that I was approved and they wanted to know if I could come in that day because it was Friday and they would be really busy that weekend because it was labor day weekend .I asked them over the phone what my interest rate and monthly payment would be.I was told that they would tell me when I got there(red flag number one)I explained to them that I lived over an hour away.They assured me that it would be worth the drive.After I got there I found out that they ran my credit for a chrysler 200 and not the dodge charger I wanted.At no time did I tell them I wanted a chrysler 200 so I'm not even sure what happened there.They said they would change it in the computer while I was taking my test drive.After my test drive and sitting around for about 45 minutes I was told that they would have to talk to the banks in the morning because for some reason I was accepted for the chrysler 200 but not the charger.They told me that if I wanted the 200 I could drive home with that because I was approved. The 200 I was approved for was only $3,000 less than the price of the charger.It's not like it was a big difference in price.After telling them 4 times I was not interested in taking the 200 home I finally decided it was time for me to leave.As I was leaving they told me they would talk to the banks in the morning because it was 7 p.m and too late to get anything worked out at that time.I called the next day several times and left messages for the two people I was dealing with.My phone call was never returned.My credit score might not be the best but that is no way to treat a customer.The only reason I filled out a credit app there was they had slightly lower prices compared to Orlando.I went to a dealership in Orlando the next day and was approved for the charger so it's not like I was asking them for the impossible. More

Terrific Experience! Terrific experience at Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram thanks to Debbie, Greg and Buck! My original contact was Debbie Zebuth, who immediately respon Terrific experience at Hurley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram thanks to Debbie, Greg and Buck! My original contact was Debbie Zebuth, who immediately responded to my TrueCar inquiry (Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude Edition). She let me know that my exact car was available and to swing by anytime. The day I was available to see the vehicle Debbie had the day off but she put me in the capable hands of Greg Goebel (USMC retired). Boy did I luck out – Greg was kind, engaging, patient, and knowledgeable. Even though he knew I was ready to pull the trigger and buy immediately, he still took the time out to show me EVERY feature available. I’ve bought 10+ cars in my life, and Greg was hand down the most patient and knowledgeable car salesman I have ever worked with. When it came time for them to value my trade in, no bs, these guys gave me the exact KBB good/excellent trade-in value for my vehicle. When it was time to sign my paperwork, I was handed off to another terrific guy, Buck (and another USMC retired). The paperwork was spot on to what the “rough draft” said, plus he wasn’t trying to sell me any products that I didn’t need. He presented them to me and allowed me to decide without any obvious pressure. Even my interest rate was lower than expected. All in all, this was my best car buying experience to date. I live in Daytona and have purchased through Daytona CJDR (3 Grand Cherokees) and New Smyrna CJDR (1 Wrangler Sahara) – never again. I know this probably sounds like an ad and not a real buying experience, but trust me, I’m just that excited about how the entire process went down! Make the drive out Deland to Hurley CJDR if you want an honest and personable car buying experience. More

And I must say this time was nothing short of fantastic. Mark Zebott(sales rep) treated me like I was a personnal friend and stayed on top of everything from the beginning which was a total of three days only. From searching for the perfect car to keeping me posted every step of the way. Very honest and caring individual. Erick-clinched the deal with his offer I could not refuse and made me feel like I really recieved a great deal. Felt very comfortable with him wheeling and dealing-no pressure. When they recieved the vehicle on the lot, I was so excited I gave them less then ten mintutes to get it ready and they were already on it when I entered the dealership. What made me feel like I had a new extended family was Deborah and Foster Zeboth-these people went way out of their way to make sure I was happy in every question I had. Mr. Zeboth was so knowlegable about my vehicle and explained all the complicated new stuff to me that by the time I left I felt very comfortable and confident. Even when I made it home the radio would not shut off. I called the Zeboth's-they did not hesitate to drive to my home and silenced it immediately-we did not know it was set on a 20 minute delay. Mr. Zeboth re-set it and off they went, just as friendly as when I met them 4 hours earlier. Honesty and Integrity are what these good people are made of and I appreciate that rare quality in this day and age. All I can say Hurley is , you really have it going on with that crew there and please keep up the great work...I am sure I will be back and so will my friends. Sandra Adams More
