They dealership really did not seem interested to do business with me. Very short and unprofessional email replies by multiple people. I stated in my first message to them exactly what how I like to dea business with me. Very short and unprofessional email replies by multiple people. I stated in my first message to them exactly what how I like to deal with a dealership. I wanted a price on a new vehicle based on dealer invoice + x profit + dealer fee. They could have just stated that we do not do business this way but instead they wasted days of my time only to finally tell me that my price is MSRP. These people must think I'm just stupid as I have never paid MSRP for a vehicle in my life, They also did not understand their own options and standard features for the vehicles they sell as I had to research several things they told me was completely wrong. I do not understand how this dealership has such a high rating because my experience with them was poor. I do not recommend to do business with DeLand Chrysler. More

Hands down one of the most unprofessional dealerships in Florida. The salesman Maguel was horrible an the sales manager “Auston”, was just as unprofessional. was told the car would be ready in 24 hours a in Florida. The salesman Maguel was horrible an the sales manager “Auston”, was just as unprofessional. was told the car would be ready in 24 hours asked for updates an was left on read. 4 days later got the car it had no gas in it an was not cleaned nor was the interior was detailed. Contacted the sales manager an he just told me what i wanted to hear an told me to call him for a detail appointment. Called an texted austin the sales manager an was completely ignored. Was talking to another salesman (this salesman witnessed it) as i was approached my Maguel in a aggressive manner an told me to take the car an leave that it was ready. the car had no gas in it had to stop at the gas stayion down the road to fill it up. its a 2018 Malibu LT an already having issues with the battery. i have photoes an screenshots of the conversations of everything. ill never go back for anything. horrible service they do not care about their customers. really sad if youre trying to get a used car this is the last place to go. as you can see it was never cleaned not even the window stickers or writing. headliner is disgusting the floor was dirty. crazy how they can get away with this. contacted auston seely an with everything that was said all he replied with was “i get it but you said you couldnt get the detail.” i told auston over the phone that i couldnt that day an could come in another day an never heard from him again until he texted me that he tries calling but went to voicemail… if thats not the best customer service idk what is. (totally joking) More
