Get the car you love and go ! Chase was excellent in providing superb service in assuring that the vehicle I purchased was the right one for me. Not a Nissan guy, but they had what Chase was excellent in providing superb service in assuring that the vehicle I purchased was the right one for me. Not a Nissan guy, but they had what I wanted. However, I will give this dealership 3 stars and a non recommendation because while i was buying my car, another salesman was giving me awkward vibes from the other side of the room, because he wanted to finance the car to another person. In addition to that, the finance department didn't seemed very thrilled that I came in and bought the car outright in cash. It felt weird from the start, but like I said, I wanted that car and Chase was awesome. He sold my mom a car about 6 months prior! More

Beware of worthless tests I had taken my car to one of the local auto parts stores after the engine light came on. They scanned the car for FREE and told me the error code indi I had taken my car to one of the local auto parts stores after the engine light came on. They scanned the car for FREE and told me the error code indicated to Thermostat was stuck on. So to verify, I took it to DeLand Nissan and told them the result. They said they had to do a full diagnostic and charged me $150. The result was exactly the same...Stuck Thermostat. So basically, they charged me $150 for NOTHING. I have used DeLand Nissan for service both of my Nissans for a couple of years but no more. They have lost a customer for life. More
Tried to charge me for something I didn’t need. I was getting an oil change and the service guy came and told me I needed a lot of other things fixed one my car, one being brake fluid. I just got my brake fluid done last week somewhere else. So I said really? I need that? and he like yeah. Then I told him I already had it done and he goes, ummm, well we didn’t actually check it. Awesome and Knowledgeable Service Tech. Dave, always their at DeLand Nissan to help me out when something goes wrong with my vehicle. I contacted him and told him the problems then I brought Dave, always their at DeLand Nissan to help me out when something goes wrong with my vehicle. I contacted him and told him the problems then I brought it in he had it fixed by the next morning! I was happy enough considering I brought it in at noon on Monday and had no appointment. Very helpful and knowledgeable person. I saw Orlando while I was their and he is always a joy to converse with also. More
