I think your estimates are ridiculous. Over $500 for spark plugs and to put them in?..... Absurd! I also think that you're not very thorough because you're supposed to be doing checks/inspections on my spark plugs and to put them in?..... Absurd! Some things have been fixed other places but yet you still have them listed as things that need done and you also don't list things that I know need maintenance such as the windshield wipers. If you were doing actual thorough inspections, you would have listed that my windshield wipers need changed. More
