On this visit for car wash service, when I returned home I noted a missing cover on the front bumper, I returned to the dealer and they found the cover on the car wash area, it was with te clips bended and I noted a missing cover on the front bumper, I returned to the dealer and they found the cover on the car wash area, it was with te clips bended and I spoke to the service advisor Aki and she told me that she needs to talk to the service manager and during the afternoon she called me letting me know that the service manager approved replacement of the part, the part was replaced and my vehicle is like new again. Excelent Service !!! More

From start to finish I felt like Deland Nissan was top notch. My recommendation will go out to all my friends and my foes (g) to shop for a vehicle at this dealership. The only interaction we had was notch. My recommendation will go out to all my friends and my foes (g) to shop for a vehicle at this dealership. The only interaction we had was with 2 Salesmen and Finance. I never felt cornered or apprehensive. I also felt all the trucks we were shown were each a potential purchase, equal in quality and value for the money. That was important to me. Time is also very valuable to me. At this dealership there was very little lag time. We chose the vehicle we wanted and the process moved along swiftly. I would have liked to thank the owner for having top notch employees. We look forward to continuing our business with the service department. More
