The sales person, Sheri, answered ALL of my questions in a straightforward way, and was very pleasant and helpful without being "smarmy," and didn't try to high pressure me. After all papers were signed and the car was mine, instead of saying "Thank you" and sending me on my way, Sheri spent at least another 30 or 40 minutes sitting in my car with me explaining, familiarizing, and showing me how to access and use all of the "bells and whistles" in my new car.
