I used to love this place but my car has been in collision for the last 3 months being fixed. It should have been totaled but GEICO says it has to be fixed. Now, I am told they have discovered some wires & need a new harness although it's supposedly in the paint shop. It will be at least another week. I'm getting the same tired excuses, couldn't get parts, it had $13,000 worth of damage, they have 200 other cars that they are fixing, they needed chips, ad nauseam. I want it back!!! It is in collision, not service. I have been dealing w/Clint & Adrian. Clint made me so mad that I cussed him out, which is rare for me. More

Price on cars.com is very deceiving, they marked the car up another $1900.00 (due to the chip shortage) + added in a few hundred dollars of dealer extras all before adding TTL.
