Mirza wasn't that helpful I initially spent about 3 hours with Josue a few days prior but came back to show my dad and husband the car. I was set on getting the Mazda 3 but when I came back a few days after, Mirza was there. It was no big deal and I asked for Josue. He said he would get him and my husband, dad, and I can wait on the lot. We spent about 15-20 mins just standing there. I did not even get to ask for keys for the car. We should have walked in but he did say he would be right back. My dad noticed that other people were standing around inside. The only reason why I rated the dealership so high is because of my initial contact with Josue. I needed the car that day so we ended up going to a different dealership and buying a car. More

My girlfriend and I were looking for a new Mazda CX-5 for her, and currently living in the DFW area, we looked at the dealers in the area. He instantly gave me a transparent price quote (most competitive price too) that broke down the price. We agreed on the price online, and I drove up from DFW to meet with him at opening. They honored all their price quotes, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and took care of us quickly and efficiently. I have never had a better experience with a dealership than I have had with Kenny and the Demontrond Mazda staff. I highly recommend everyone (especially in the DFW area!) to come on down and buy your next Mazda with them. More
