When we showed up on Labor day weekend, he was very knowledgeable and worked to get me the best deal I could get. He wasn't just looking to make sale, he wanted to make sure I was taken care of and knew all of my options. He was very personable and very helpful through the process. He made sure I got the package I wanted including going through the trouble of switching the rim with a blacked out set which is what drew me in. I am very impressed at his answering the phone to help me on his off days and he taking the time to walk me through setting up my phone with the car. It was such a great experience and I am loving my new ride all thanks to Kenny! Wiem was also very helpful through the paperwork process and took the time to explain every detail of what were signing. This was my second purchase from Mazda of Clear Lake and definitely wont be my last! More

Fantastic customer service while being able to answer every question I had from how to take care of the car to simple modifications I could do to improve the car's performance. After deciding I would purchase the car he did everything he could to give me the best rate possible and I left with a more than satisfying payment plan. My friend had joined me as she is a Mazda car owner and has had wonderful care in the service department. This is a big reason why I chose this dealership to do business with. Mirza Beg had to jump start the car I was looking at, but I understand how a battery can be drained by leaving a light on so I was not concerned. I really liked the car and did purchase it. The next day I went to run an errand and it did not start. I called the dealership and was forwarded to the service department. They were concerned for me and asked if I could jump start it and then told me to come right in for a new battery. On my way to the dealership Mirza Beg called to see how I liked the car. I told him what had happened and he was also concerned for me. He asked me to see him when I got there and he would go with me to the service department. Through out the whole car buying process he was very patient with me and explained everything. I really appreciate the wonderful employees that made this a memorable experience. More
