I stated my budget and they worked with me to get both the color and features that I wanted. I never felt pressured but definitely felt valued as a customer. My true warning, however, is to be careful when dealing with finance. Extended Warranty is NOT mandatory, no matter what is said. Make sure you read over the contract and get in writing anything they claim. (Finance Manager told us that we could cancel it after 30 days whereas it was not stated in the contract) Either way, the actual negotiating and information experience was GREAT, financing was tricky. PS I tried to go to Russell & Smith previously and it seemed that they had no interest in working with me. I HIGHLY recommend Clear Lake! More
