I could say so many things, but I'll keep it short, sales is horrible, apparently they are always right and the customer is always wrong and doesn't know what they're talking about. I bought a new CX-30 today. I did a lot of research online, then began to work with Juan Tapia. He was easy to work with, friendly and polite. He answered my questions and took care of the business of online, then began to work with Juan Tapia. He was easy to work with, friendly and polite. ETA The interaction with Mario Torres in finance was equally good. He was very informative and helpful. No pressure at all. Quickly took care of the paperwork and got me on the way with just the extra I wanted and nothing else. Very pleased with that as well. More
