Kenny is friendly, he listens and understands what the customer wants and he isn't pushy or demanding. He took the time to show us any vehicle I wanted to see, he answered all our questions and yes I did chose to check out several vehicles& colors that were available. The sales manager Jorge Galvan is also a friendly, knowledgeable guy that wants to have you as a repeat customer, works to get you the financing that's best for you and is always honest & upfront. Unforgettable Experience! Im a first time car buyer and has heard a lot of negative things about buying a car. I have searched online for a great deal and i found one at Mazda of Clearlake. I responded to their advertisement online and Chris got back to me quickly. He informed me that it is still available so i rushed to the dealership. I bought a certified pre-owned that still got warranty and they included a lifetime free oil change! The only thing I have to worry about are my tires which are still new. After signing the papers, they noticed that my new car has no carpets so they gave me a new set of carpets! Its the perfect experience for a first time buyer because of the people that really love to help. More

I had purchased the vehicle around end of Sept'14 and later was out of the country on travel for a while. The intermediate sales representative that i was dealing with owed me that missed order upon delivery, I came to know that he no longer worked there at Mazda Clearlake. But Dustin Simon and Dustin Stookey came to my rescue. They made sure I felt part of the Mazda family as I purchased with them and took care of me and made sure everything was ok. This is a true mark for going out of the way to help and show customer service. I strongly recommend Dustin Simon for your sales and Dustin Stookey for Service.
