Salesman got very rude I went into Mazda of Clear Lake with the intention of buying a new CX-5. I was given a quote via email that was quite reasonable. I had them evaluate my trade and they came back with an offer that was about half of what kbb.com says the tradein value is. When I said I would not trade for that amount, Chris became very rude and hostile. Handed my keys back to me without telling me where my car was. After several minutes of searching for my car, and getting very angry, someone in the office showed me where it was (behind the building, not in front where Chris said it was). After it was clear I was not buying a car, Chris got very short, rude and unprofessional. That's too bad too because I would have sold my car and bought his outright, but now, not only will I not buy from him, I won't buy from Mazda of Clear Lake. More

I had not yet decided on which car I wanted to buy, but my experience just test driving let me know if it was the Mazda I wasn't going to another dealer. When I decided on a new CX5, James was amazing to work with. He and Dustin worked with me, were pleasant to deal with and were patient as I worked through whether I was really ready to buy. I was never pressured, and any time I questioned something, they were quick to explain. I dreaded buying a new car (I'd had mine 11.5 years!). But they really made the experience simple, and somewhat enjoyable. Most of it was handled via email since I'm about 30 miles away. But when I was ready to buy, I showed up at my appointment and paperwork was ready. Even in the finance department, my representative was great to work with. I just wish I remembered his name. He was director of finance, I believe. Everyone I encountered actually was a pleasure to work with, and even those I was not directly working with were pleasant and friendly and just nice. I hope to have this car for a while, but I'd definitely go back to Mazda of Clear Lake and I'd send any friend looking for a car to visit them. I had narrowed my choice down to a Mazda or a Ford and honestly, the pleasantness of the dealership helped push the Mazda over the top. Thanks! More

Purchasing a new car can be stressful when you do not know the dealership or salesman, but Mirza made us feel at home from the get go. We are the type of people who will get up and walk out immediately if we smell anything fishy - we bought a car from him, so that should tell you something !!!!! I love my new Mazda3 !!!!! More

Best New Car Buying Experience at Mazda of Clear Lake Mizra was outstanding. Very friendly and low key. Most importantly not pushy at but showed a genuine interest in us and our needs.
