After 13 years of VW loyalty, my experience at DeMontrond Conroe was my last. Their service department is technically incompetent and indifferent to customers. Despite being handed the correct 4-pin relay for reference, they twice ordered the wrong 5-pin part. When I pointed out the error, Service Advisor Jeremy Clifton was dismissive, claiming "new parts look different." It was physically impossible to install the part they insisted I buy. To top it off, Service Manager Mackenzie ignored my follow-up requests for days. This follows a previous incident where they cross-threaded my oil pan and denied responsibility. If you value your time, money, and vehicle, stay away from this service center. More
