Quality of service has gone down hill. Truck came out of Depaula two weeks ago for oil change and safety inspection. In addition there was a noise from the rear I needed looked at. I was told it was from my emergency break but, it was safe to drive. Well, still being concerned, I went to a trusted independent garage. They found my emergency break needing cleaning and adjusting. With that the noise was gone! Sad that DePaula couldn’t do this and sad to say, Depaula has lost another customer. Sincerely, Manny Ruiz More

I came in for the 9 th time with same brake problem. Time they refused to take care of the brake problem which I have had from day one. I have been there 9 times for same problem it keeps returning. They tried to blame it on driver but this problem was there from day one and continues. They were dismissive . I will also contact Ford with their responce and lack of attention. Service dept is poor. The sale just as poor for selling a vehicle with this problem. More
Chance gave me a solid quote for clutch repair. Unfortunately, another dealer came in w a better estimate. Turns out I should have stuck w Chance. Other dealer's estimate turned out to be xxxxxx Unfortunately, another dealer came in w a better estimate. Turns out I should have stuck w Chance. Other dealer's estimate turned out to be xxxxxxxx! All said & done, ended up paying $400 over Chance's estimate. Lesson learned. Stick w the guys I know. P.S. Chance, I did end up getting an alignment too.. just like you said. Soon as I get on the breaks, pulling HARD to the left. Kid at Metro was nice, but just a plain idiot. You knew your xxxx, cold. Sorry about way things went down. I honestly owe you an apology. You were straight up w me from the get-go & 100% on top of what actually NEEDED to be done. What a nightmare.. Had to bring it back to Metro too, because they forgot to do crank sensor relearn. Sat up there all afternoon on a Saturday. More
The Body work was perfect, but the new headlight is really low quality and it doesn't light even half way. I would prefer to keep the old one.
