My 2016 Ford Focus has been in your service center for over a year. I’m aware that the shop is waiting for a part (TCM) and I was told I’m at the “top of the list” over the winter, but in February I learn over a year. I’m aware that the shop is waiting for a part (TCM) and I was told I’m at the “top of the list” over the winter, but in February I learned parts came in but went to other customers. So either I was lied to just to get me off the phone, or I was passed over for someone else. I’m understandably angry at this point, and I don’t want to be a jerk about it, but I want to know where I am on this “list” and I’d like an update when I move up (or down) this list based on when parts come in. Not once over the last year has anyone ever called me with an update. Not even after they said they would. Even if there’s not much you can do, this is terrible customer service, and I’ve been made to feel like an afterthought—or worse, a fool for ever buying a Ford. I know there is little you can do without parts but I would like to know how you can help me improve this experience with my car. More

We had an appointment which we scheduled 2 weeks in advance. We had a recall & an engine light on. We dropped off our car in the evening the night before our appointment. Service contacted us that morn advance. We had a recall & an engine light on. We dropped off our car in the evening the night before our appointment. Service contacted us that morning to notify us that they have the car. At 4pm I contacted service. I was told they haven’t gotten to it yet. Perhaps tomorrow. The next day I contacted service at 3 pm. They still didn’t get to it. On the next day, day 3, I contacted service at noon. They were working on the recall & need a pigtail to replace a corroded one. I called at 5pm and I was told they just received the part. He said it would be done today. I was there at 7 just before closing to get our car. 3 days without a vehicle. No offer of compensation. Poor customer service. They never contacted me. I had to contact service for any information More

I'm bringing my car back engine light back on. My car was worked on for 3weeks and was not given a loaner car for work. I had to ask for rides, very unprofessional in my work as a CO.
