Very poor communication. Disappointed. Brought in for oil change. They put on anti theft lug nuts not requested plus kept all my lug nuts and the anti theft tool that was wit Disappointed. Service guy said he would provide tool next time I’m in. Broke down and had to have vehicle towed in. Called every other day. Couldn’t get a straight answer. After 2 -1/2 weeks someone finally looked at it. I didn’t know that until I called again and they said a part is backordered and it could be another 2-7 days. My new sales manager called me back and said the car was ready. DePaula had my car for 3 full weeks and they only called me on the 21st day. More
