I had two three weeks for a recall appointment. When I brought the car in they only had parts for the door latch which was I minor problem. They did not have the part for the transmission linkage. Also I asked them to check why the engine light was always on. They kept the car for two days and I had to keep calling to find out the status. I needed the car for the weekend and finally late Thursday afternoon I got the ok to pick the car up. The problem was not fixed so I need to bring the car back in also the price for parts seemed extremely high. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and inspection . Inspection not finished and there's a shimmy at 65mph that wasn't there before . Bought my Mazda 3 new in 2012. Never a problem with appointments. If you're early, they bring you right in. I had an appointment for an inspection/oil change at 9:00AM, 8/3/22. I arrived at 8:45AM. After already waiting for 1 hr. 10 min., at 9:55AM , I witnessed my vehicle finally being driven in from t 9:00AM, 8/3/22. I arrived at 8:45AM. After already waiting for 1 hr. 10 min., at 9:55AM , I witnessed my vehicle finally being driven in from the outdoor parking lot to the service area. It was almost another hour of waiting, before my service was complete. Waiting almost 2 hours for an inspection/oil change, ( and having an appointment) is ridiculous. More
