Waiting area had empty food wrappers lying around. When my vehicle was done I was told it couldn't be washed because their car wash "scratches larger vehicles". Got in my car to find greasy hand prints on the door handle (in and out) and grease smeared in the inside of my windshield where the oil change reminder sticker was placed. More
