Service cost at Depaula has become absurd. I was quoted $6400 for a new water pump and tires. This is ridiculous. A slap in the face. I might as well buy a new car… I’ve been going to Depaula/Orange Ford for 30 years, bought numerous cars there, but will no longer be returning there for vehicles or service. Prices there are just insane. And no one cares. Prices just keep going up. Used to be able to go there, get service, and not worry about having to take out a loan or pay two months salary for a car repair. Despicable. I plan to tell everyone I know to avoid DePaul Ford for service. Complete ripoff. More

I came in for a simple oil change. Upon receiving my bill, I found out I was charged for a tire rotation without being asked if I wanted one. Great guy, not his fault but wildly too expensive even with discount. $200 to just check vehicle + $300+ in labor. Part costs under $200. I almost had a heart attack when my bill for an oil change and tire rotation came to over $297. The two dealerships I deal with in Saratoga County chage less than $150. A call by my wife to Depaula service was useless.She was told that's the price. There was no pricing on the wall in how much per quart of oil people pay, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed. More
