Did not follow through with request for written estimate. Had me spend $2600 on my CMax 6 months before transmission died-knowing full well that 2013 c maxes had early transmission issues that resulted in a Had me spend $2600 on my CMax 6 months before transmission died-knowing full well that 2013 c maxes had early transmission issues that resulted in a redesign in 2016 (I found out after researching this after they told me I had transmission issues after 118,000 miles. I also waited for 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen…(was told to take a seat) ..and then still was not called-I had to walk up and ask what was going on. Which is when I was told that they would need to keep the vehicle overnight (or I would have to come back in the morning). Said I should have brought it in in the morning- but THEY scheduled me for 1pm even though I had told them it might be a transmission issue. Then, I was told driver was on his way, but I had to wait 45 minutes for a 15 mile drive home! Awful! More
