No water bottles available for customers who are there for hours. Many sales men with masks below their mouths doing nothing but standing around or trying to look busy. Had to wait almost 4 hours for a 2 hour job to fix my car. Hvac grills dirty and sat near an open ceiling. Had to wait 45 min for service advisor to process my paperwork after my car was done. More

I came for oil change for Mazda CX-5. It was done quickly and with great courtesy. Lenny was the manager who took care of everything. I waited for about 1 hour and they sent me a video of the car from the te and with great courtesy. Lenny was the manager who took care of everything.
