This was for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. It first took over 3.5 hours, which wasn’t expected and never experienced previously. Then when I left the check engine light came on. I brought it back and they said the oil cap wasn’t on all the way. They also needed to clean up. They then completed the work but failed to tell me. Eventually someone genuinely concerned asked be about it as I was angrily walking around the service area. The truck was also reurned with an oily film on the drivers side door and steering wheel. I have used this dealership for years, since Orange, and never had such a bad experience. They also tried to charge me for the oil change when I had the service plan as part of my lease. More
