We dropped our car Sunday night and no response from Ford. Tuesday my husband went there to be told we did not have an appointment. He showed proof that we did indeed have one. They blew it twice. Didn't fix problem first time and then wanted 475 more to fix two O rings and new lines. Only needs the two 14 Dollar o rings. I felt like they always do a good job servicing my vehicle and make sure that we feel comfortable while waiting. Fran, at the front desk, was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. However, it took 2 hours to get an oil change, after which my car was left parked going the wrong way in the entranceway to the servic and courteous. However, it took 2 hours to get an oil change, after which my car was left parked going the wrong way in the entranceway to the service area (where cars were pulling in). There was a smudge of grease left on the upholstered support for the windshield near where the service person placed the service due sticker. My hood was left open for me to drive away. More
