I was told initially my service would take 1-1.5 hours. I ended up waiting 3 hours. I had t9 complain in order for anyone to notice I had been waiting that long. Terrible service. Brought vehicle in for specific issue.. came back out with more issues that I didn’t have. They tried to sell me service not needed because they didn’t install the electrical components back right on the with more issues that I didn’t have. They tried to sell me service not needed because they didn’t install the electrical components back right on the job caused other malfunctions that I had to get it done right at another service lace independent of Depaula. The only thing that I can say is that the Service Advisor gave excellent service More
