I arrived to the dealership at 4pm with an appointment for an inspection and headlight alignment. I asked them to take a look at my transmission and was told they had no one on site who could do that and for an inspection and headlight alignment. I asked them to take a look at my transmission and was told they had no one on site who could do that and I would have to come back next week. Not only did it take them *three hours* to finish my inspection alone. But they did not update my the entire time and did not write my name/car on the board at all so I could see who my service person was. This is the second visit in a row with unusually long wait times and the second in a row where I could hear staff and supervisors arguing in the shop during my visit. I will not be back. More

They take care of you! I had no appointment, but I had a nail in my tire. I spoke to the service manager & he squeezed me in as it was a safety issue. They greeted me at my car and got me right in for service. Staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Crystal, as usual was very accommodating and kept me informed.
