I have had a string of bad experiences with this dealership, specifically in the service department. I have had to wait a month or more for an appointment on several occasions, only to have whatever dealership, specifically in the service department. I have had to wait a month or more for an appointment on several occasions, only to have whatever part I need not be in stock, thus having to wait another month or more to get my issue resolved. On more than one occasion, the wrong part was ordered, causing an even longer wait. It took months of waiting just to get a blend control motor put in. I have never received a call when my parts have come in and have to chase them around to find out when I can schedule my repairs. Techs were untruthful about work performed (told me the dash needed to come out for the blend control motor, which is untrue and couldn’t have been performed in the time it took to replace), generally rude, and unhelpful. While performing work, other components were damaged that I am still waiting to have resolved. Managers have claimed they’d “take care of me” when things go wrong, only to completely deny anything happened on the next visit. For what it’s worth, Lenny always tried to help me, but there’s only so much one person can do. More
