Personal interaction was fine, and the video when it finally arrived was informative, but communication was limited and I had to repeatedly text or call for updates. Car not ready until 2pm. 5 hours for work done seems excessive and feel that if I wasn't repeatedly contacting for updates it could have been longer. Last year service reported rear brake pads at 5mm, and recommended replacing.. This year the report is they are 7mm and don't need to be replaced. Either they were wrong last year or they are wrong this year. It does not inspire confidence. More
Typically awesome service but 2.5 hrs for an oil change+inspection after making a Saturday morning appointment is way too long not to tell me upfront. I watched while the staff came and ate their lunch but no rush to get me out. I'm pretty patient and service over the last 5.5 years has been great but was forced to cancel a weekend event because of the lack of communication. Not sure what's going on there. More
