Went for an oil change/tire rotation, had a 9AM appointment. Transmission fluid flush was also recommended, which I agreed to, since we do a lot of towing. The 'new' machine for flushing the transm appointment. Transmission fluid flush was also recommended, which I agreed to, since we do a lot of towing. The 'new' machine for flushing the transmission wasn't working right, so they (finally) switched over to their 'old' one. But, this turned a 1.5 hour job into a 4.5 hour wait. Everyone was informative and pleasant about it, and the job got done, but the decision to ditch the 'new' (broken) machine should have been made quicker, since they knew we were waiting for the vehicle. I was glad I brought a book to read, and their Wifi was good! More

I would recommend, however, the oil change was done, parked the car out, wait to see if you got a part, then asked the customer, you should change a filter. That was shady.
