After receiving a text repair was near completion I had to call to verify and that was wrong, sent in error, and no call to tell me adding 10 days. I made calls to get verification and still took 2 days of "just have to print and do paperwork" I finally just went so they would do paperwork. There is absolutely NO communication. More

Generally pleasant personnel. F150 was in for transmission evaluation ( hard shift out of 1st gear) . First evaluation resulted the need to make a follow up appointment. No reminder texts were sent to me - so I called the day before the scheduled appointment: no appointment was ever made! I rescheduled. Brought the truck in - came back at the end of the day … no one looked at the truck. Left it again the next day - came back at 5PM … no one looked at the truck! “ oh we’re having man power issues” How about this: if you can’t get to the service task let me know. The truck sat in your parking lot for 2 days - I think the tranny issue is something you know will need a lot of time to remedy and you don’t want to get into this repair. Also - there was “ no loaner / rental” vehicles available! Really?! Do I drive the truck with a tranny issue ???? The scenario was left as : “ make an appointment at the end of July” I’m heading to the Ford Dealership up on Rt. 5 ( Metro Ford) … to see what their take is on this : 1) 3 appointments / 4 weeks and no work done & 2) is this tranny issue a scenario where a replacement is needed ? Had an appointment for a NYS inspection and a recall. Recall wasn’t done said it wasn’t a good fix. Took an hour and twenty minutes to get the inspection.
