Service was fine and timely for a Saturday. I did not appreciate being told my cabin filter needed to be replaced when I had just replaced it a month before but I understand the technician not taking it appreciate being told my cabin filter needed to be replaced when I had just replaced it a month before but I understand the technician not taking it all apart to check it since it is a little complicated but I don’t like that they assumed it needed to be replaced. I sent in a previous email tag#497. Brandon at the desk did fine, but the tech service was poor, and labor overpriced. $175 for removal and mount/balance of 4 tires?
