The technician recommended a few things to be done with my car, through a video which was very helpful. As this was about to take a few more hours, I said I'd wait longer, but josh without hesitation recommended letting me borrow a rental if available. I feel like the workers here know what they're talking about. More
I want to write a special thank you to Alex Haynes, Service Advisor at DePaula Ford. If one were to look in the dictionary for the word great customer service, his name would be there instead. With p Service Advisor at DePaula Ford. If one were to look in the dictionary for the word great customer service, his name would be there instead. With people like this at Depaula Ford, the company will always be prosperous. I will buy my next car through them as the service division qualifies a dealership. Thank you again Alex, your parents did a good job with you! More

They wanted $200 to buy one remote and $135 to program it. So, $335.00 per remote. I said no, that is outrageous. I went home and purchased a brand-new remote off ebay for $21.00 from some company in California. I took the remote to Mangione's locksmith on Central Ave, right down the street from DePaula Mazda. The cut the key for $12.00 and programed it for $65.00. A grand total of $98.00. Still high for a key in my opinion but $98.00 is much better the DePaula's $335.00. More

Will NEVER buy from DePaula again On 2/12/20 a check engine light came on in my 2018 Ford Focus. I was told that problem was due to rodents chewing car wires and the repair would cost about $500. This car had 11,344 miles at the time of service. I asked the service department if cost of repair could be covered by dealer or discounted as this was not my fault, but they refused. I feel that this is poor customer service, damage to car was not my fault and I should not be responsible for repair of $475.24 on a car with less than 12,000 miles. Additionally, several years ago when this happened with my Subaru the cost was covered up to my deductible. More
