New, clean and polite. I was called the day I dropped off and work was going to be delayed an additional day for parts to come in. The following day I called around 3:30 in I was called the day I dropped off and work was going to be delayed an additional day for parts to come in. The following day I called around 3:30 in the afternoon to check up on my car and was told that a part didn’t come in and my car would be there until Tuesday (it was a holiday weekend). When I asked if I could pick my car up for the weekend I was told the calipers were already off and it had to stay. A service vehicle was offered the first day which I declined since it was only going to be a few hours. When I asked for a vehicle for the weekend, I was told they were all out. More

Repairs done to the car were NOT listed on the repair bill! I try to talk to the service manager that was there at the time and was told by the service writer he was busy moving cars and was not availabl bill!
