I love the dealership and I will always buy a Mazda for the Customer Service they provide. I either have a loaner if needed or I take the shuttle for transportation back-and-forth. There were several times that my salesperson, TS, didn't seem "present" ... on his phone, other staff didn't know where he was, didn't return calls. I got the sense TS was juggling a few clients at once? Or seem "present" ... on his phone, other staff didn't know where he was, didn't return calls. I got the sense TS was juggling a few clients at once? Or maybe was having a really bad week? Also, there were a couple things he said to me privately that were unprofessional, a bit shocking. He seemed to push responsibilities to other staff. He definitely did not earn the commission! His colleague, Ben Burnett, in contrast, was a class act. If it weren't for Ben, I probably would've walked away and gone to another Mazda dealer. Not sure if I'll return for service at this location for my 2026 CX-50 Hybrid. Am looking for a place that stands behind their vehicles, where the staff acts skillfully and with integrity. More
