Everyone is nice and willing to help you. It was a busy day and had to wait 45 mins until Tammy was available for our appt. She was finishing with another customer and apologized. I went in for a simple New York State inspection. I asked Jacob if I could get out within an hour as I had a meeting at work. Although he said the work typically takes an hour to an hour and 15 minut I asked Jacob if I could get out within an hour as I had a meeting at work.
