I had a noon time appointment on a Saturday to have a nail removed from my tire. I indicated I would be waiting for the car. Finally at 2:45. After inquiring about my vehicle twice the service representa nail removed from my tire. I indicated I would be waiting for the car. Finally at 2:45. After inquiring about my vehicle twice the service representative told me it wasn't going to be ready, they were short staffed, and they would give me a loaner. While I appreciate the loaner, and the fact that they didn't charge me for the repair, I did indicate I would be waiting for the car on a Saturday and I had other things to do. However, no one told me until almost 3 hours later that the car was not going to be repaired. More

Very unhappy customer! ! I was in to have a front headlight replaced for over 2 hrs. Charged 144.00 for what took them 15 mins to actually took took them 15 mins to do! Rea ! I’ve owned Mazdas for over 25 years and was treated like this. As I said very unhappy. More
