I had a noon time appointment on a Saturday to have a nail removed from my tire. I indicated I would be waiting for the car. Finally at 2:45. While I appreciate the loaner, and the fact that they didn't charge me for the repair, I did indicate I would be waiting for the car on a Saturday and I had other things to do.
