Ive tried to deal with this dealership on multiple occasions. Usually with the sales dept, with no luck. The latest was with the service dept and the service was just as terrible as the sales dept. I dropped a vehicle off on Monday 9/13/2021 with a side detection system error. Late on that Monday, I was told it needed a new module. I promptly ordered the module and had it to them on Tuesday the 14th. When I went in to discuss what they had found, the technician named Tim said they were not sure what was going on and thought it needed the new module. No tests were done to confirm the old module was bad or the issue. He gets the module installed I assume that same afternoon, but what do you know... it did not fix the issue as it was not the problem. They now think it is a rear bumper harness. I again ordered the part and told them I would have it on this afternoon. Well they decided to also order a part, that they say is non returnable so I have to pay for that part as well. I tell them to not mess with the vehicle any longer, they had it for 4 days and still have no answers. The best part is they charged me $1,000 for labor and parts. Parts were $72. So over $900 in labor for NOTHING. This will be the last time I ever step foot at this business and would not recommend them to anyone. The service advisor was great. Her hands were tied and she was only doing as her manager told her to do. She was great and kept me informed the entire time, well informed that the tech did not know what he was doing. He was just deciding to throw parts at it. I picked it up today to take it to another dealer to get repaired properly. I will be reaching out to the general manager as well.
