I brought my wives Avalanche in for using oil at 63,000 the service dept. ended up rebuilding the bottom end when she got the truck back the hood was dented,the fenders were scratched,the painted bumper on the service dept. ended up rebuilding the bottom end when she got the truck back the hood was dented,the fenders were scratched,the painted bumper on the front was all cracked up Paint that is.There was a ground strap not hooked up to the hood,cruise control was inop still this was a whole other complaint that it was brought in for.When we started to bring the avalanche back in the next day it started to skip then the check engine light came on. So now my wife does not trust the avalanche causing me to trade it in and go $5000 more in debt all because the service dept could not fix the avalanche right the first time...NOW I have traded the avalanche in for a 2008 dodge 3500 which once again the service dept has failed to fix this one on the first try so my wife will be bringing it back in sometime this week.IF you have any ?'s please feel free to call me at 919-427-3243 Thank you Donnie Baker I really enjoyed working with the sales team and the ladies in service I would recommend these people but the quality of the work that my wifes Avalanche and this 3500 dodge has recieved just all out SUCKS!!! I went to this dealership to look at used cars, as I thought that I would not be able to get monthly payments where I needed them with the purchase of a new car.
