Mr. Lambert, You definitely did not send me a check for a key fob. Your dealership sent an extra key. This is another dishonest response to save face for your company. You also deleted my review from your dealership's Facebook page. I will write a review on every site I can find to let others know of your dishonesty and mistreating towards my family. My husband worked hard to have that truck only to not be able to enjoy it fully.

I did receive a check for $150 on today from Deacon Jones. The cost I was quoted to install a key fob was $400. I guess I will have cut losses and get it done myself. At least the dealership made half an attempt to rectify this situation.
