Didn’t have parts for recall, even though I called. I was told they were in. Left truck for repair work only to find out a day later the recall parts were in fact not there. Brian is an absolutely wonderful person who always makes me feel welcome. I drive out from Cary to come here specifically for Brian and Deacon Jones. He explains things to me in a way that is never condesce me feel welcome. I drive out from Cary to come here specifically for Brian and Deacon Jones.
