Saturday Service Drove on up to service lane and was met by Jason Underwood. Jason greeted us and let him know that we were there for our 8:30 appointment for an oil Drove on up to service lane and was met by Jason Underwood. Jason greeted us and let him know that we were there for our 8:30 appointment for an oil change. After getting our info, as the computer was getting the vehicles info, Jason let us know that we were coming up on some services. Jason broke down what was need and explained what the service was and cost and wait time. He arranged a ride for us to the outlet mall, so we would not have to wait around the dealership for the few hours of work. The work was done in the time that was quoted and the price was what was talked about, no hidden fees. More
