Not happy with our experience. We purchased a 2020 BMW X3 from this dealership, and from the beginning it was disappointing. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, they told us th We purchased a 2020 BMW X3 from this dealership, and from the beginning it was disappointing. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, they told us they would have it cleaned while we waited. However, when they brought it back out, it still had bird droppings on the exterior and the inside had clearly not been cleaned properly. They then told us we would need to take it down the street to another business to have it detailed. While they did pay for the cleaning, it added another hour to our day that we did not have time for. They also did not fill the vehicle with gas, which I have never experienced when purchasing a car from a dealership. Most concerning, we were told the vehicle had gone through a thorough inspection before being placed on the lot. However, before we even made it home, the transmission was slipping. We immediately contacted the dealership and texted the sales manager, but we still do not have a solution. Calls and texts have gone unanswered, and now we are stuck with a vehicle that appears to have a bad transmission. We will not do business with them again. Posting this review to warn others that, in our experience, they did not stand behind the quality of the vehicles they sell. More
