Our sales rep, Sheri McLendon, was knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. She really made the process a good experience for us. The management team who worked with us (a new general manager in addition to Daryl Badeaux) were friendly and efficient. Overall, our experience was excellent and I recommend working with the dealership if you are interested in a Kia.
