He went above and beyond my expectations to be available for questions and took extra care in follow up phone calls before I had chosen a vehicle, and then while I was waiting for delivery of the Mazda CX-5 Turbo that I wanted. I didn’t feel any pressure to chose or buy, and he was always just friendly, helpful and professional. Stefanie Buford, the General Sales Manager was also helpful and professional in making sure I was informed of the timeframe for the delivery of my vehicle and that I had information on payment options. The whole experience at Dean McCrary was positive from the initial contact through the purchase and delivery of my vehicle. Even when there was a slight issue with one of my key fobs, it was quickly responded to and resolved by Raymond Williams and their Service Manager. I purchased my new Mazda almost 6 months ago. Let me start by saying the people at Mazda were great but my visit unfortunately didn't start there. I accidentally went to Kia first. I was told that I didn't want a Mazda that I wanted a Kia. After that didn't work, I was told they didn't sell Mazda's. I wasn't even pointed in the correct direction. Upon walking out of Kia, I followed the front line of Mazda's to the correct building. Everything went great there but imagine my surprise when I had to go back to the Kia store to finish my paperwork. I did not want to see those people again. I wasn't going to say anything because the folks at Mazda were great BUT I've been getting calls from "Bella" every day, she only leaves a message that I need to contact the dealership. Today, I was able to answer for her and I want it known that she asked me if I was ready to trade my Mazda for a Kia. I don't understand why they have a Mazda dealership if all they promote is Kia. I was given every reason imaginable not to purchase a Mazda during my accidental visit to the Kia. I feel sorry for the people I purchased my Mazda from. I love my Mazda and I'll never even look at a Kia after my experience with them. To the folks at Mazda, keep up the great work. To the folks at Kia, yo have zero professionalism. More

This dealership has changed, not cosmetically; but the atmosphere is completely different. Mark was upbeat and on the ball, got me in and out; and was completely professional. Don’t ever buy car at this place, their service is terrible. The employees just can’t do their job rights. Don’t ever trust about their life time insurance.
